Fitness 4 mums is a fusion of "The Mums World, Meets The Fitness World" giving your work outs that much needed social and friendly push in the right direction, Fitness 4 mums will be the place women of all ages, shapes, abilities and goals meet up to train together with new friends and help one and other push through the tough stages of exercises and reach their own perfections together.

Fitness 4 mums has been set up to offer Group/Individual total body fitness sessions To ALL MUMS.

Fitness 4 mums will be offering individual personal training sessions as well as running different types of group classes which will be broken down into the following areas:

PRE NATAL CLASSES:

OUR AIMS:

To guide mothers through the pre/post natal stages of pregnancy also allowing them to get back into a more physical exercise regime by using our carefully designed exercises programs tailored to target key areas such as the lower back, abs/core, legs and cardiovascular system. To help our mums take positive steps towards their own individual goals we will be offer nutrition support to help shed those unwanted baby pounds.

Fitness 4 mums understands how important it is to try and stay in the best shape you can pre pregnancy in order to better minimise pain during labour and post pregnancy to build back confidence and self-esteem.
